This policy lists what you and your staff may not do with On Orbit. It forms part of the Terms of Service. If you break it, we may remove content, pause features or suspend your account. Where the risk allows, we will warn you first.
You may not use On Orbit to
- Sell stolen, counterfeit or illegal goods, or list items you have no right to sell.
- Commit fraud, launder money, or mislead buyers about an item's condition, history or ownership.
- Send messages to people who did not agree to hear from you, or send bulk unsolicited messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS or email.
- Break the messaging and advertising policies of Meta, Google or Snap through our inbox or ad tools.
- Collect or store personal data without a lawful basis under the NDPA, or keep it longer than you need it.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
- Upload malware, or try to break, overload or probe the service, including other businesses' data.
- Access another business's account or data, or share your staff logins.
- Copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
- Store payment card numbers anywhere in the app. Use Flutterwave or your bank for card payments.
Reporting
Tell us about abuse at info@onorbitinc.com. We will look into every report and may share information with the authorities where the law requires it.
